The Elemental Journey Around the Sun (Weekend 4)

July 18–19, 2026
Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Ashland, Oregon

This fourth weekend of The Elemental Journey Around the Sun invites participants into direct relationship with the land.

Guided by Robin Bliss-Wagner, this immersion centers on ethical wildcrafting, plant identification, ecological awareness, and ancestral earth skills. The focus shifts outward — from elemental theory to terrain literacy, reciprocity, and stewardship.

This is a weekend of walking, observing, listening, and practicing.

Weekend Focus

  • Ethical wildcrafting and responsible harvesting

  • Plant identification in the field

  • Ecological awareness and terrain literacy

  • Utilizing contemplative practices to connect deeper with plants and the earth

  • Developing presence and deep observation skills

  • Ancestral earth skills and primitive practices

  • Cultivating humility, reciprocity, and relationship with place

Participants will learn not only what plants are, but how to be with them — slowing down enough to see patterns in landscape, soil, water, and season.

The land itself becomes the classroom.

As part of the larger 9-month journey, this weekend strengthens the foundation of embodied herbal practice by rooting knowledge in lived experience and ecological intelligence.
